Relationship Communication – Levels of Effective Listening

Effective listening is one of the most powerful skill sets you can have in your relationship. There are 4 levels of communication and each one has its value, and can also be used as a springboard to the other levels of communication. The four levels of communication we'll be addressing in this series are: (1) pretend listening, (2) listening, (3) active listening, and (4) empathic listening.
